Carlos descubrió por casualidad la fotografía el año 2005, cuando queriendo estudiar Imagen Audiovisual en la ciudad de La Coruña no pudo entrar en el curso de ese año. Su única alternativa relacionada con la imagen era un ciclo de dos años de Fotografía Artística en Orense, su ciudad natal. Allí descubrió su verdadera pasión, la fotografía. También estudió Imagen Audiovisual en La Coruña acto seguido de terminar en Orense. Ha trabajado como ayudante de cámara en series televisivas de renombre en el panorama gallego como Padre Casares y Matalobos, y en alguna que otra película. La llamada de la TVG para trabajar como montador de video durante dos años supuso un punto y aparte en su historia con la fotografía. Años más tarde desarrolló junto a su compañera, socia, y novia, un experimento llamado Realidade Zero PHOTO, situados en Silleda, centro geográfico de la comunidad gallega. Juntos dieron vida al festival de fotografía y poesía llamado PHOPOE también en Silleda. Ahora Carlos vive en Manchester, donde lucha por desarrollar su carrera fotográfica y videográfica a nivel internacional.
Carlos discovered by chance the photography in 2005, when he wanted to study Audiovisual Image in the city of La Coruña he could not enter the course of that year. His only alternative related to the image was a two-year cycle of Art Photography in Orense, his hometown. There he discovered his true passion, photography. He also studied Audiovisual Image in La Coruña followed by finishing in Orense. He has worked as a camera assistant on television series of renown in the Galician scene as Padre Casares and Matalobos, and in some other film. The call of the TVG to work as a video editor for two years was a turning point in his story with photography. Years later he developed with his partner and girlfriend, an experiment called Realidade Zero PHOTO, located in Silleda, geographic center of the Galician community. Together they gave life to the festival of photography and poetry called PHOPOE also in Silleda. Now Carlos lives in Manchester, where he struggles to develop his career in photography and videography internationally.
